Utilities
Ensuring your broadband and electricity are connected in time for your move-in date is very important to us. We don’t want you to be without either, especially if your move-in date is close to a weekend! That’s why we recommend our tenants contact Fast Connect to help with their utilities. They offer a free service to either transfer your existing suppliers from your old home to your new one, OR to find you the best new deals at your new place.
Lawns and gardens
We partner with TRS Property Care who can offer ongoing lawn mowing or the occasional one-off service to ensure your yard is looking spic and span. TRS Property Care can also offer gardening and trimming services, rubbish removal, water blasting and more!
